Good advice and I have to say this is a great website. I entered in to a casual relationship with a guy about 2 months ago as I thought that this was what I wanted. I didn't want to get involved seriously with anyone and this seemed like a good solution. Some company and sex when we both had the time and the desire without the commitment and hassles that usually accompany relationships. I no longer feel this way and I'm surprised I managed to fool myself into thinking that this was what I wanted as I thought I knew myself quite well. I have come to realise that it is practically impossible not to develop feelings for someone that you're intimate with. This happened with us. We both began to have feeling about each other that we didn't expect, which has made our situation complicated. I respect and care for this man I'm seeing so I thought it best for me to step back and think about things -So I told him I needed a month to myself to think things over and see how I feel about myself and if I wish to get involved with him. I have asked him to do the same because I want us both to be sure if we want to take things further. I don't know what will happen but I feel confident that I made the right decision and I'm going to think long and hard about it. Thank you for all the great advice on this site.
