It's a Saturday night, you've done your errands, cleaned your apartment, worked out, cooked dinner, and now it's 8pm. You call your group of friends – the first is on her way out with her boyfriend of three years, the second is heading out to meet a girl on the other side of town for drinks, and the last is already scoping out girls for the night. This is one of those times where being single isn't so fun. However, not being tied down to someone and being able to come and go as you choose can be a positive thing.

Whether recently separated, divorced, or widowed becoming suddenly single means change. There will inevitably be a grieving period, a time where you will need to grieve the conclusion of the relationship that you once nurtured, cherished, and held dear to your heart.
